A short history.
Just Enterprise One Corp. was founded in 1989 out of a single pickup truck and a rented West Babylon garage. In the decades since, we've grown into a full residential design-build firm — and we've weathered every housing cycle, code update, and material shortage Long Island has thrown at us.
What hasn't changed: one dedicated project manager per job, our own crews, and a handshake standard where we'd rather eat a cost than leave a homeowner unhappy.
How we work.
Every project is assigned a single project manager at first contact. That PM owns your job end-to-end: estimate, contract, permits, material ordering, daily crew supervision, inspections, and walkthroughs. You get one phone number for the entire project — no finger-pointing, no lost details between crews.
- Our own crews — skilled carpenters, tile setters, and painters.
- Engineer-reviewed structural work — when a project involves a load-bearing change, we bring in a licensed engineer to draw and stamp the plans.
- Clean job sites — daily debris removal, protective coverings, magnetic nail sweeps.
