What we frame.
- Wall removals & beam installs — LVL, GluLam, steel W-beams — sized by our in-house engineer
- Floor systems — TJI I-joists, LVL, dimensional lumber, sisters, strongbacks
- Roof systems — cut-and-stack rafters, pre-engineered trusses, complex rooflines
- Additions & full shells — foundation to dry-in
- Renovation structural — jack posts, laminated beams, opening enlargements
Quality matters in framing.
Drywallers, cabinet guys, and tile setters can only be as good as the framing under them. We use straight KD lumber (or LVL/LSL where span demands), shim crowns, straighten walls before sheeting, and double-check every header and stud layout. That's what keeps finished work looking level over the long term.
