Patio materials.

  • Bluestone — Pennsylvania thermal-finish, classic New York look
  • Paver patios — Cambridge, Nicolock, Techo-Bloc — wide color and pattern options
  • Travertine — light-colored, stays cool underfoot, smooth, refined surface
  • Poured concrete — stamped or broom finish, budget-friendly
  • Flagstone — irregular natural stone, set in mortar or dry-laid

Integrated outdoor living.

Patios rarely stand alone anymore. We design and build outdoor kitchens, built-in grills, fire pits and fire tables, pergolas and shade structures, low-voltage lighting, and seat walls — all coordinated into one project under one PM.

Drainage is job zero.

A patio that pools water will kill the hardscape and, worse, push water into your foundation. We pitch at ⅛–¼" per foot away from the house, install French drains where needed, and tie downspout extensions into proper daylight discharge.

What shapes the scope of your patio.

No two backyards price out the same way, so we quote each one on its own. What moves the number is the square footage and shape of the layout, the material you choose and its thickness, how much excavation and base stone the soil calls for, and whether the yard needs regrading, retaining, or drainage work before a single stone gets set. Steps, seat walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, access for equipment, and any permits the town requires all add scope too.

Rather than guess from a chart, we walk the property, take measurements, look at grade and drainage, and put a free written quote in your hands — line by line, so you can see exactly what each piece of the job costs. Call (631) 983-8079 to set up a visit.
