Financing through third-party partners.
Financing is available through third-party lending partners. If spreading the cost would make the project work better for your household, say so at the estimate and your project manager will point you to the options.
Because the lending is handled by those partners rather than by us, the terms you're offered depend on the lender and on your own situation — which is exactly why we won't quote rates or terms on a web page. You'll get real numbers from the lender, not an advertisement.
Why we don't publish prices.
No two houses price the same. What moves a quote is the scope you choose, the materials, the size and layout of the space, and what we find once we open things up. Publishing a number would only mislead you — so we measure the property, look behind what we can, and put the whole scope in writing, line by line.
The estimate is free, written, and carries no obligation, and there's no deposit until you sign.
How payments are structured.
For a typical project it works like this:
- A small deposit at signing — nothing before that.
- Progress payments tied to milestones — you pay as real, visible work gets completed, not on an arbitrary calendar.
- A final payment after walkthrough — once you've walked the finished job with your PM.
The exact schedule for your project is spelled out in your contract before you sign it.
Ways to pay.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit.
Senior & military discount.
We offer a 10% discount for seniors (65+) and active or retired military on labor costs, combined with other promotions where applicable. Mention it when you call — it's applied to your written quote, not held back as a closing tactic.
