Pitch & hangers matter.
A ¼" pitch per 10ft is the code minimum — we shoot for 3/8" to ½" to handle Long Island cloudbursts. Hidden hangers every 24" (not surface-mounted strap hangers). Every corner mitered and sealed, not clipped-together pre-fab.
What shapes your quote.
Every roofline is different, so every gutter job is priced individually. What moves the number: total linear footage, how many stories the crew has to stage at, roof pitch and ladder access, 5" versus 6" K-style, aluminum versus copper or half-round, how many downspouts you need and whether they tie into underground PVC runs to daylight, the style of guard you choose, and any fascia or soffit rot we find once the old run comes off.
